Meet The Doctor

Dr. Jonathan R. Meyer

Dr. Jonathan R. Meyer is the founding dentist and owner of Integrity Family Dentistry LLC. He entered the dental profession in high school as a dental assistant, and since becoming a dentist, has served in a variety of public health, non-profit, and private dental practices.

As a dentist, Dr. Jonathan believes that his role is to equip people with the tools and knowledge they need to take care of their own teeth. When something is broken, they need to understand all of their options so they can pick the solution that works best for them.

If something isn’t broken, Dr. Jonathan doesn’t try to fix it. He practices Minimally Invasive Dentistry, which is the understanding that dentists have the responsibility to conserve as much of the original structure as possible whenever they repair a tooth, and to keep the original teeth functioning as long as possible.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Jonathan treasures the time he gets to spend with his family. He’s known his wife, Ashlynn, since he was twelve and she was eight, and he’s thankful they’re finally married! Their little boy, Yates, is growing up fast, and Dr. Jonathan doesn’t want to miss any of it. The Meyer family enjoys gardening, playing guitar and piano, and leading Bible studies at their church.

Meet The Team

dental assistant

Laura Siclovan

Laura has been working in dentistry for over 30 years and joined our team in 2020. Her favorite part of dentistry is helping patients find their way to a healthy, happy smile. Originally from Michigan, she has been known to cheer for the wrong team from time to time. In her spare time she runs a hobby farm with all kinds of critters including alpaca, and manages Brent‘s sawmill. They have three college kids and love spending time with their family on the farm.

dental assistant

Emily Meyer

Emily has a passion for serving people surpassed only by her passion for cheesecake. Before joining the team, Emily earned a degree in computer science and worked as a computer programmer, a chapter in life she affectionately terms “The Tragic Backstory”. While her dream job is to be a Victorian-era housekeeper, she finds joy and fulfillment as a dental assistant; she loves welcoming people into the office and making them feel at home. She harbors a special affection for fairytales, doodling, all things Broadway, and the word “serendipitous”.

dental hygienist

Heather Walker, RDH

Heather Walker graduated from Waukesha Area Technical College in 2007 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to becoming a hygienist, she was a dental assistant from 1999-2007. Heather truly loves working with patients to improve their oral health and making their dental visits enjoyable. When Heather is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three dogs, three stepsons, and their families. They enjoy doing just about anything outdoors. A few of the outdoor activities are biking, fishing, riding horses, going up north, golfing, and snowboarding. Heather and her family also love to travel. Their most recent adventure was to Alaska.

dental hygienist

Joshua Meyer

Joshua Meyer likes to make things work. Whether it’s a tech problem, an equipment problem, or a scheduling issue, Josh is the man to have on hand. In the not-so-distant past, he worked as a barista, creating and serving caffeinated concoctions at Mocha Moment. His years behind the espresso machine refined his customer service skill set, so the Integrity team keeps him up front. His official title is “Laura’s Minion”. This title is intentionally vague and non-restrictive, which allows the Integrity team to barrage him with whatever issues they are experiencing. Currently, he is working towards an engineering degree from UW-Platteville, but he’s enjoying the dental world so much, he’s planning on sticking around.

dental hygienist

Cedar Siclovan

Cedar came to our office in 2021 with absolutely no dental training. He hopes to make our patients smile and feel more comfortable. His training will be on the job, so he asks for your patience and understanding as he navigates his new role of therapy dog. In his spare time, he oversees production at Tree to Lumber Sawmill. He has two golden retriever sisters and a menagerie of other siblings on his farm, all of whom will aid in his training…except for Walter, the mini donkey, whose behavior is a little sketchy.

Our Philosophy

When you walk through our doors, you’ll immediately recognize there is something different about us. We’re not your typical in-and-out kind of dentist. We care about our patients personally. We take the time to get to know you and create a comfortable environment where all can feel at home. We are a family-focused practice that offers exceptional, empowering care to patients of all ages.

Comprehensive Services

We offer a comprehensive list of services to provide for your family’s every dental need with careful expertise. Our comprehensive care is focused on your overall health. We are thorough and pay attention to every detail. Education, empowerment and excellence are our constant aim in every service we provide. If you’re looking for complete, high-quality care, you’ve come to the right place.

Patient Education

Our primary role isn’t just to fix your tooth or your smile. Of course we want to make that happen, but we also want to make sure that once you achieve a beautiful, healthy smile it stays that way! Through detailed patient education, we provide the knowledge and skills for our patients to take excellent care of their oral health for years to come. We will communicate everything you need to know about your oral health condition, treatment options, and the pros and cons associated with each. We will answer your questions and offer at-home hygiene solutions. You will be empowered in all aspects of your care.

Conservative Approach

We value your trust. Because of that, we offer the most conservative treatment possible. We strive to find cost-effective strategies and avoid costly interventions. However, when an intervention is needed, we look at the long-term implications of all options, and work with you to find a solution that is in your best interests. You will never feel pushed or pressured into a treatment. We only want what is best for you.

Community Involvement

Community is so important to us! We have created a community-focused practice that serves generations of families over time. We love our patients, and we love serving people. We enjoy being involved and getting to know your faces both inside and outside our practice doors. We are truly invested in this great community and hope to be a continual, positive presence for years to come.

Genuine Care

Patients often comment on how much they appreciate our genuinely caring team. Our team members are kind, compassionate, gentle, and understanding. Not only do we treat each other like family, we treat our patients like family too. Our respect and love for every individual inside our practice makes it easy for us to deliver the most customized, patient-focused, and high-quality care possible. You will feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for here.
