Requirements of our RDH:

• Registered as an RDH
• Customer service or patient relations experience
• Adapt fluidly to new systems, processes, and updates within office
• Compliance with state dental practice requirements (e.g. x-ray requirements, OSHA, HIPAA)

Preferences of our RDH upon hire

• Experience with Airflow Max GBT Therapy
• Experience with Open Dental
• Local anesthetic certification
• Professional direct patient care background
• Experience following checklist format of workflow
• Experience with 3Shape scanner

Expectations of our RDH

• Prophy, Perio, and SRP using Airflow Max GBT therapy
• Communication with front on recall intervals
• Clear collaboration with Dr on initial assessment of patient care needs
• Placement of sealants and SDF as diagnosed by Dr
• Assisting in room turn-over, sterilization, and restocking of supplies as needed
• Local anesthetic of Dr patients as needed
• Scanning and patient education on Clear Correct for grinding, recession, bite, or cosmetic needs as diagnosed by Dr
