Our Financial Policy

We are committed to providing quality dental care at reasonable rates. To keep the cost of your care down, we require prompt payment.

Your dental service fees are due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Appointments of 90 minutes or more may require prepayment.

If an appointment is missed, or cancelled less than one business day in advance, we reserve the right to charge a fee between $50 and $150. If more than two appointments are missed, we reserve the right to discontinue providing dental services.

For patients with dental insurance, we provide estimates of insurance coverage upon request. We are not responsible for inaccurate estimates. Insurance carriers do not guarantee payment of dental claims; their payments depend on eligibility and policy coverage. We will complete the necessary insurance forms to encourage insurance carrier payments. However, you are responsible for all fees, regardless of insurance coverage.

Our Family-Focused Care Policy

We strive to provide a fear-free environment here at Integrity Family Dentistry. In order to do that, we work with parents to ensure their children have a wonderful dental experience. Our approach is designed to have children who come to our office enjoy their dental visits for years to come. Fostering this environment, with the help of their parents and caregivers, will improve the child’s own desire to take ownership of their dental care.

Part of this approach has parents/caregivers, as they desire, come back with their children for the majority of treatment and cleanings. There are instances where having the parent/caregiver back proves distracting to the child. For example, during a filling appointment, a child may distractingly want to glance at a parent in the middle of treatment. This causes the area being filled to get wet as they move their head. Getting the area wet inhibits Dr Jonathan from keeping the area dry, which may mean starting over, and possibly rescheduling the appointment. If there is a need, based on what the appointment is for, to have the parent/caregiver not in the room, we will let you know. If you desire to stay close in a situation like this, we can arrange for you to have a place to sit in the hallway outside their room.

You may also choose to stay in the waiting area for all of your child’s appointments. That is okay too, as this shows your child there is nothing to fear, and that you trust us with their care. We do ask that all parents/caregivers come back for the exam portion of the appointments. Having you present for this portion reinforces to the child the need for their home care and follow-up care with Dr Jonathan.

If you have any additional questions, you may contact our office and we would be happy to address your concerns. Thank you for partnering with us to help make your child’s dental experience wonderful for years to come.
